Why Can't I Sell?
If you are newly registered and can login, but don't see an option to sell, it is likely due to the fact that your account must be given the necessary access.

All new users must request selling permissions. You can do this by going to the "My Control Panel" link in the top horizontal navigation menu. On the page it takes it you to, you'll find important information regarding your account. You'll see a small button, which you can use to request access. Click this button and await administrator action, which should take no more than 12 hours.

I never got an email/I can't get my password
We recently discovered that our web host has a 100 email per hour limit per SPAM laws. We didn't know this, of course, and so a LOT of people never got emails for this reason. And now that the site is live, and considering account verification emails and auction confirmation emails, it's an impossible situation and we can't even really anticipate when they'll be sent and when they won't. We've put in a expedited request to have our SMTP limits increased, however. In the meantime, if you email info@thefandomgivesback.com and give the email address and penname you signed up with in the spreadsheet, they'll send you your account information.

This also means that other emails aren't being sent, such as account activation emails. In this case, email info@thefandomgivesback.com with your account username, and they'll activate you manually until we can get it resolved.

Notifications, Item Verifications, and PM Notifications have also fallen victim to this fail. So if you haven't gotten emails and you're scratching your head, don't worry. It's not you, it's us. Well... actually, it's not us, it's "them."

Something isn't working right
This site is heavily modded open source software, and this is the first high traffic test run it's experienced. There are bound to be a few bugs here and there, so if you spot something that isn't working properly, looks off, or could be done better, then email sam@thefandomgivesback.com, or make a post in AG's "Bug Report" thread, where she'll post the status on its fix.
